Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for new employees for the position of production operator. The job is suitable for both men and women. Your responsibilities will include:
- hanging plastic parts onto racks
- visual inspection of plastic parts
- repairing and packing plastic parts
- assembly and installation of plastic components, such as a car rear handle or an adhesive car logo/brand
Work is carried out according to prescribed work instructions and procedures, which are preceded by training.
FINANCIAL:
- Meal allowance 9.50€/day (3.89€ employee contribution)
- Night work allowance 1€/hour beyond the scope of the Labour Code
- Summer and winter bonus together up to 1200€
- For overtime work exceeding 4 hours, the employee receives an additional meal allowance
- Weekend bonus beyond the Labour Code (3.50€/hour), transport allowance for weekend work 4€/shift
- Recruitment bonus: for recommending 1 employee/temporary worker – with a full working time fund, 23€ for the first month and 40€ for each additional month (any number of candidates may be recommended)
- Loyalty bonus for years worked: 3 years/200€, 5 years/250€, 7 years/300€
