Design of production means
- All production means necessary to support the painting operations are designed and partially produced in house (jigs to hold raw parts [1], assemble means, customer designed station to apply protective film on painted parts [2], packaging [3])
- Upon request, AlphaFrance can develop in house the plastics masking parts used in special painting operations where some surfaces needed to be obliterated and clear of paint
Prototypes and Laboratory
- Alpha France diversity production means are able to produce in serial quality some prototypes in short deadline
- Each production site has its own fully equipped laboratory
- Short and medium duration test are performed in house to ensure reactivity.
